ERGO PARTNERS WITH ‘NEW JERSEY FOR HAITI’ - DONATES TO EARTHQUAKE RELIEF FUND

LAKEWOOD, NJ., (February 3, 2010) − ERGO, a surf and skate-inspired apparel company, has partnered with local New Jersey, non-profit organization, ‘NJ for Haiti,’ to donate more than $300,000 worth of apparel to the relief efforts of Haiti earthquake victims.  
“Living in the U.S., we’ve been fortunate enough to follow our dreams and pursue entrepreneurship by launching our own company – we are so grateful for the opportunities that we have and are always looking for ways we can give back, especially in our own backyard,” says ERGO vice president, Pete Dispirito.  “We’re lucky to have found such an amazing local organization such as ‘NJ for Haiti’ to team up with – our hearts sincerely go out to everyone who has been affected.”

Chaired by Congressman Donald Payne and Senator Raymond Lesniak, New Jersey for Haiti is a collection of government agencies, non-profit organizations, faith based agencies, businesses and citizens dedicated to providing relief and assistance in coordinating the outpouring of support that the citizens of New Jersey have offered to the victims of this disaster.
